Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation and then shipped. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us at nutritionmavi@gmail.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
